Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, these air fryer chocolate peanut cookies are quick to make and full of flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients.
- Fold in peanuts and chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough into balls and flatten slightly.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes until edges are set.
- Let cool on a rack before serving.

- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- Dough can be refrigerated for firmer cookies.
