Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
  4. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  5. Gradually mix in dry ingredients.
  6. Fold in peanuts and chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop dough into balls and flatten slightly.
  8. Air fry for 6-8 minutes until edges are set.
  9. Let cool on a rack before serving.
