Delicious chocolate peppermint truffles made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Stir in peppermint extract.
- Refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes.
- Roll into small balls and coat with crushed candy canes.
- Air fry at 300°F for 5 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
