Description
A quick and easy Christmas pudding made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 200g mixed dried fruit
- 50g breadcrumbs
- 50g brown sugar
- 50g butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 1 tbsp brandy or orange juice
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Grease a pudding basin and fill with the mixture.
- Cover with foil and place in the air fryer.
- Cook at 160°C for 45 minutes.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Soak dried fruit overnight for extra moisture.
- Check the pudding halfway through cooking.
- Serve with custard or cream.
