Description
Crispy air-fried churro bites with cinnamon sugar coating.
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Boil water, sugar, salt, and butter in a pot.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour.
- Let cool slightly, then mix in eggs.
- Transfer dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
- Pipe 2-inch strips onto parchment paper.
- Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Toss in cinnamon sugar mixture while warm.

- Use a sturdy piping bag to prevent bursting.
- Churros crisp best when frozen before frying.
