Description
Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, these air fryer churro donuts are a quick and easy treat. Coated in cinnamon sugar for the perfect finish.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
- 1 tbsp cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased donut pan or piping bag.
- Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
- While still warm, coat the donuts in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Serve immediately.
