Description
Delicious cinnamon pumpkin rolls made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup warm milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Mix yeast with warm milk and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Combine pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
- Add flour and yeast mixture, knead into a dough.
- Roll dough into a rectangle, brush with melted butter.
- Roll tightly into a log and cut into slices.
- Place rolls in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.

- Use fresh pumpkin puree for best flavor.
