Description

A delicious and easy-to-make apple bread with a cinnamon swirl, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy exterior and moist interior.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup finely chopped apples
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon-sugar mix


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk sugar, brown sugar, oil, egg, milk, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chopped apples.
  5. Pour half the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Drizzle melted butter and sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mix.
  7. Add the remaining batter and top with another cinnamon-sugar layer.
  8. Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Check doneness with a toothpick. Let cool before slicing.
