Description
A delicious and easy-to-make apple bread with a cinnamon swirl, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy exterior and moist interior.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup finely chopped apples
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp cinnamon-sugar mix
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk sugar, brown sugar, oil, egg, milk, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chopped apples.
- Pour half the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Drizzle melted butter and sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mix.
- Add the remaining batter and top with another cinnamon-sugar layer.
- Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 25-30 minutes.
- Check doneness with a toothpick. Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use firm apples like Granny Smith for best texture.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
