Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.
  3. Mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  4. Combine shredded coconut and panko in another bowl.
  5. Dip each shrimp in flour, then eggs, then coconut mixture.
