Description
A simple and delicious cottage pudding made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir until combined.
- Pour batter into a greased baking dish that fits in the air fryer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can add chocolate chips or berries to the batter.
- Serve with whipped cream or custard.
