Description
A delicious and easy-to-make cranberry orange bread cooked in an air fryer. Perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk orange juice, oil, egg, and orange zest.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in cranberries.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Place pan in air fryer and cook for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on air fryer model.
- Use frozen cranberries if fresh ones are unavailable.
- For extra sweetness, add a simple orange glaze.
