Easy and delicious air fryer cranberry orange muffins made with fresh ingredients. Perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, egg, vanilla, and orange zest.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in cranberries.
- Spoon batter into greased muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh cranberries for best flavor.
