Description

Crispy tofu cubes made in an air fryer, perfect as a snack or protein addition to meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Press tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water.
  2. Cut tofu into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  4. Toss tofu cubes in the mixture until coated.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and mix again.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Place tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.

Notes

  • Use extra-firm tofu for best results.
  • For more flavor, marinate tofu for 30 minutes before coating.
