Make delicious date and nut rolls in your air fryer for a quick and healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, or cashews)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Chop the dates and nuts into small pieces.
- Mix dates, nuts, coconut oil, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Roll the mixture into small balls or logs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place the rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and slightly crisp.
- Let them cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or fewer dates.
