Easy and healthy air fryer date balls made with simple ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blend dates and almonds in a food processor until sticky.
- Add cocoa powder, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Roll mixture into small balls.
- Place balls in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 300°F for 5 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- For extra crunch, add chopped nuts before cooking.
