Description
Crispy and chewy date nut bars made in an air fryer for a quick and healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup dates, pitted and chopped
- 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Blend dates, nuts, honey, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon in a food processor.
- Press mixture into a lined air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden and firm.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Use parchment paper for easy removal.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- Add chocolate chips for extra flavor.
