Description

Crispy and chewy date nut bars made in an air fryer for a quick and healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Blend dates, nuts, honey, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon in a food processor.
  3. Press mixture into a lined air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden and firm.
  5. Let cool before cutting into bars.
