Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Cooking spray
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until a soft dough forms.
- Divide the dough into small balls (about 1-inch in size).
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Lightly coat the dough balls with cooking spray.
- Place them in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Remove and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- For extra flavor, add cinnamon or chocolate chips to the dough.
- Serve warm for the best texture.
