Description
Easy-to-make dessert pastry bombs using an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup fruit jam or chocolate chips
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Spread 1 tbsp cream cheese mixture on each dough triangle.
- Add 1 tsp jam or chocolate chips on top.
- Roll dough into balls, sealing edges.
- Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place pastry bombs in the basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use any jam or filling you prefer.
- For extra sweetness, dust with powdered sugar after cooking.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
