Description

Easy-to-make dessert pastry bombs using an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup fruit jam or chocolate chips
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  3. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl.
  4. Spread 1 tbsp cream cheese mixture on each dough triangle.
  5. Add 1 tsp jam or chocolate chips on top.
  6. Roll dough into balls, sealing edges.
  7. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  8. Place pastry bombs in the basket, leaving space between them.
  9. Air fry for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
