Description
Crispy, flaky turnovers filled with sweet fruit, made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup fruit preserves or pie filling
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
- Cut puff pastry into 4 squares.
- Spoon 2 tbsp filling onto each square.
- Fold pastry over filling, seal edges with fork.
- Brush with egg, sprinkle with sugar.
- Air fry 8-10 minutes until golden.
