Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar (optional for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir until combined.
- Roll dough into small balls (about 1-inch in size).
- Place donut holes in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Remove and roll in cinnamon sugar if desired.
- Serve warm.
