Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Cooking spray
- 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Scoop small portions of dough and roll into balls.
- Place donut holes in air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Roll in cinnamon sugar while warm if desired.
- Serve immediately.

- Use a small cookie scoop for even-sized donut holes.
- Check doneness by inserting a toothpick—it should come out clean.
