Easy low-calorie donut holes made in an air fryer. A healthier alternative to traditional fried donuts.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar substitute
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugar substitute, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add almond milk, egg white, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Drop small spoonfuls of batter into the air fryer, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use a cookie scoop for evenly sized donut holes.
- For extra flavor, dust with cinnamon or powdered sugar substitute.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
