Description
Crispy and delicious donut holes made in an air fryer, perfect for parties or as a dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Scoop small portions of dough and roll into balls.
- Place dough balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Remove and coat with powdered sugar while warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add cinnamon to the powdered sugar coating.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Make sure the dough balls are even in size for even cooking.
