Description
Easy-to-make air fryer donut holes that are crispy on the outside and soft inside. Perfect for breakfast or a sweet snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cinnamon sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Roll dough into small balls (about 1-inch diameter).
- Place donut holes in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
- Toss warm donut holes in cinnamon sugar.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
