Quick and easy donut holes made in an air fryer with simple ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir until combined.
- Roll dough into small balls, about 1 inch in size.
- Place donut holes in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden brown.
- Remove and coat with cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer for even cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
