Description
A quick and easy cake made with dulce de leche using an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup dulce de leche
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix dulce de leche, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt, then mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan that fits in your air fryer.
- Air fry for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Check the cake at 20 minutes to avoid overcooking.
- Use a toothpick to test doneness.
- Let the cake cool completely before slicing.
