Description
A rich and creamy bread pudding made with eggnog and cooked in an air fryer for a crispy top and soft center.
Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed bread
- 2 cups eggnog
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
- In a bowl, whisk eggnog, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Add bread cubes and let soak for 10 minutes.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish that fits in the air fryer.
- Air fry for 20-25 minutes until golden and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Use stale bread for better texture.
- Adjust sweetness based on eggnog used.
