Description
A creamy and festive cheesecake made with eggnog and cooked in an air fryer for a quick and easy dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup eggnog
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 7-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
- Stir in eggnog, vanilla, and nutmeg. Pour over crust.
- Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C). Place pan in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes until set. Let cool before refrigerating for 4 hours.
Notes
- Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
- Chill cheesecake before serving for easier slicing.
