Description

Crispy homemade fish sticks made easily in your air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish fillets (cod or haddock)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Cut fish fillets into 1-inch wide strips.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Whisk eggs in another bowl.
  4. Place flour in a third bowl.
  5. Dip each fish strip in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
  7. Lightly spray or brush air fryer basket with olive oil.
  8. Place breaded fish sticks in single layer in air fryer basket.
  9. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
  10. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
