Delicious keto-friendly fudge brownies made in an air fryer for a quick and easy dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract, then stir until smooth.
- Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish that fits inside the air fryer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra fudginess, slightly underbake the brownies.
- Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more erythritol if needed.
