Description

Crispy tofu with a savory garlic-soy glaze, cooked quickly in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Cut tofu into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Mix soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, sesame oil, cornstarch, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Toss tofu in the marinade until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Press tofu for 30 minutes to remove excess water.
  • Adjust cooking time based on air fryer model.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
