Ingredients

  • 4 ripe pears, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Toss the sliced pears with lemon juice, ginger, and half the brown sugar.
  3. In a bowl, mix oats, flour, remaining brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  5. Place pears in an air fryer-safe dish and sprinkle the oat mixture on top.
  6. Air fry for 15-20 minutes until the topping is golden and the pears are tender.
