Ingredients
- 4 ripe pears, peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Toss the sliced pears with lemon juice, ginger, and half the brown sugar.
- In a bowl, mix oats, flour, remaining brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Place pears in an air fryer-safe dish and sprinkle the oat mixture on top.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes until the topping is golden and the pears are tender.

- Adjust sugar based on sweetness of pears.
