Description
A delicious gingerbread bundt cake made in the air fryer. Perfect for holidays or any occasion.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup hot water
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Grease a small bundt pan.
- Mix flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk molasses, brown sugar, melted butter, and egg.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then stir in hot water.
- Pour batter into the bundt pan.
- Place pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool before removing from the pan.
Notes
- Check doneness with a toothpick before removing.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Dust with powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
