Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup hot water


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Grease a small bundt pan.
  3. Mix flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves in a bowl.
  4. In another bowl, whisk molasses, brown sugar, melted butter, and egg.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then stir in hot water.
  6. Pour batter into the bundt pan.
  7. Place pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Let cool before removing from the pan.
