Easy air fryer gingerbread cookies with warm spices and a soft texture.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Mix flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat brown sugar, molasses, butter, and egg until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients to form dough.
- Roll dough into balls and flatten slightly.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place cookies in air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until edges are firm.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Chill dough for 30 minutes for easier handling.
- Adjust cooking time based on air fryer model.
