Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk brown sugar, molasses, milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fill donut molds or shape dough into rings.
- Place in air fryer and cook for 6-8 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
