Description
Soft, spiced gingerbread latte cookies made in an air fryer for a quick and delicious treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp instant coffee granules
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves in a bowl.
- In another bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and molasses together.
- Add egg and instant coffee to the wet mixture, then combine with dry ingredients.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto parchment paper-lined air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until edges are firm.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, increase instant coffee to 2 tbsp.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Drizzle with melted white chocolate for extra sweetness.
