Description

A moist and spicy gingerbread loaf made easily in your air fryer. Perfect for holidays or any time you crave warm, spiced flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Grease a loaf pan that fits inside your air fryer.
  3. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, mix molasses, hot water, oil, brown sugar, and egg.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Place pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before slicing.
