Description
A delicious gluten-free chocolate cake made in the air fryer. Perfect for a quick dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased cake pan.
- Place pan in air fryer and cook for 25 minutes.
- Check with a toothpick for doneness.
- Let cool before serving.

- Use a 6-inch cake pan.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Top with powdered sugar or frosting if desired.
