Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 cup shredded zucchini (squeezed dry)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add egg, milk, and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until combined.
  4. Fold in shredded zucchini and grated parmesan cheese.
