Description

Crispy, golden halloumi cheese made in the air fryer. Quick and easy with minimal oil.


Ingredients

  • 200g halloumi cheese
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Slice the halloumi into ½ cm thick pieces.
  2. Brush lightly with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Sprinkle oregano and black pepper over the slices.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F) for 3 minutes.
  5. Place halloumi in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
  7. Serve immediately.

  • Halloumi can stick—lightly oil the basket if needed.
