Description

Crispy, juicy chicken bites with a sweet and tangy Hawaiian twist, perfect for a quick appetizer or main dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Drain excess marinade and coat chicken with breadcrumbs.
  5. Lightly spray or brush chicken with olive oil.
  6. Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve warm with extra pineapple slices or dipping sauce.
