Description
Juicy meatballs glazed with a sweet and smoky honey-bourbon sauce, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking basket halfway.
- Whisk bourbon, honey, soy sauce, and garlic in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened.
- Toss cooked meatballs in glaze.
- Serve immediately.
