Description

Juicy meatballs glazed with a sweet and smoky honey-bourbon sauce, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking basket halfway.
  6. Whisk bourbon, honey, soy sauce, and garlic in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened.
  7. Toss cooked meatballs in glaze.
  8. Serve immediately.
