Description

Crispy, melty hot chocolate bombs made easily in your air fryer for a quick and delicious treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips (milk, dark, or white)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 tbsp hot chocolate mix


Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each.
  2. Coat silicone molds with melted chocolate, then refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  3. Fill half the molds with cocoa powder, powdered sugar, mini marshmallows, and hot chocolate mix.
  4. Seal with another layer of melted chocolate and chill for 5 minutes.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Place bombs in the air fryer basket and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly crisp.
  7. Drop into warm milk and stir to melt.
