Description
Easy-to-make hot chocolate lava cakes cooked in an air fryer for a quick and decadent dessert.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips or chunks
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
- Add melted butter, milk, vanilla, and egg. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Divide batter into greased ramekins or silicone molds.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until edges are set but center is molten.
- Let cool for 1-2 minutes before serving.
