Description
Delicious cookies with a rich hot cocoa flavor, made easy in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, then mix.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing well.
- Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough into 1-inch balls and place in the air fryer basket, spaced apart.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until edges are set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust cook time based on your air fryer model.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
