Description

Enjoy crispy, flavorful Indian butter cauliflower made easily in your air fryer. A healthier take on the classic dish with rich spices and creamy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Toss cauliflower with olive oil, turmeric, cumin, garam masala, chili powder, and salt.
  3. Air fry cauliflower for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
  4. In a pan, melt butter and sauté ginger and garlic for 1 minute.
  5. Add tomato sauce, yogurt, and heavy cream. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Toss fried cauliflower in the sauce. Garnish with cilantro.

Notes

  • Adjust spices to taste.
  • For extra crispiness, air fry an extra 2 minutes.
