Description
Enjoy crispy, flavorful Indian butter cauliflower made easily in your air fryer. A healthier take on the classic dish with rich spices and creamy sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Toss cauliflower with olive oil, turmeric, cumin, garam masala, chili powder, and salt.
- Air fry cauliflower for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté ginger and garlic for 1 minute.
- Add tomato sauce, yogurt, and heavy cream. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Toss fried cauliflower in the sauce. Garnish with cilantro.
Notes
- Adjust spices to taste.
- For extra crispiness, air fry an extra 2 minutes.
- Serve with naan or rice.
