Description
A delicious coffee-flavored cake made in an air fryer, inspired by Irish coffee.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1/4 cup Irish whiskey
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup whipped cream (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add softened butter and egg, then mix until smooth.
- Pour in coffee and whiskey, stirring until combined.
- Pour batter into a greased cake pan that fits your air fryer.
- Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 20-25 minutes.
- Check for doneness with a toothpick.
- Let cool slightly before topping with whipped cream.
