Description
A moist and flavorful coffee cake infused with Irish cream, perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup Irish cream liqueur
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 325°F.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in Irish cream, sour cream, and vanilla.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- In a separate bowl, combine pecans, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Pour half the batter into a greased pan. Sprinkle half the pecan mixture.
- Add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the pecan mix.
- Air fry for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
