Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup Irish cream liqueur
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 325°F.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Mix in Irish cream, sour cream, and vanilla.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine pecans, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  7. Pour half the batter into a greased pan. Sprinkle half the pecan mixture.
  8. Add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the pecan mix.
  9. Air fry for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool before serving.
