Description
Crispy air-fried jalapeño poppers stuffed with cream cheese, a perfect spicy and creamy appetizer.
Ingredients
- 6 large jalapeños
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup flour
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Fill jalapeño halves with the cream cheese mixture.
- Dredge each jalapeño in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
- Place jalapeños in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
