Description
Crispy and healthy kale chips made in an air fryer. A quick snack that’s full of nutrients.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and dry the kale thoroughly.
- Remove the stems and tear leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss kale with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place kale in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer to ensure crispiness.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
