Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)


Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the kale thoroughly.
  2. Remove the stems and tear leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Toss kale with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place kale in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 5-7 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
  7. Let cool before serving.
