Description
Easy to make keto chocolate muffins using an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into muffin cups or silicone molds.
- Place in the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Check muffins with a toothpick to ensure they are fully cooked.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
